Tip Number One
Find something you like about the weather. One aspect that is unique only to this season that you can enjoy. If you can’t think of anything vicariously enjoy someone else’s passion and feel happy for them.
Tips Number Two
Have a small group of people that you meet weekly or bi -weekly with and share an interest that you care about. Keep the group small enough so that if someone misses a session people will check in on them. This keeps you committed to not hibernating entirely and progressing with an interest in a supportive environment.
Tip Number 3
If you are not meeting your New Years resolutions don’t beat yourself up. Try to find a system of tracking your habits that works for you and provides some insight into your patterns. Bullet journaling is an excellent practise that is open ended enough to allow you to modify it to suit your goals. You an also customize and recalibrate the system as your goals pivot.
Tip Number 4
Watch the multi- talking. Tuck your I phone away and have a conversation with eye contact and lots of smiles . People like to feel like they are being heard and understood. Baby its cold outside and we need to make our interactions warmer:)
Tip Number 5
Take a virtual tour through an art archive and download some masterpieces.” Amsterdam’s Rijksmuseum put up 125,000 Dutch works of art online. Users can explore the entire collection, which is handily sorted by artist, subject, style.” https://goo.gl/VbLdDV
